About us Appointments To minimise delay, consultations are by appointment only. Please ring our secretaries between 9am and 6pm to make an appointment for a time that suits you. Emergencies Emergencies will be attended to at any time. If you feel that you have an emergency, please phone immediately and discuss the problem, or just come direct to the surgery. Long Consultations & New Patients Most consulations take 10-15 minutes, if you think that you will require a longer time, please advise the receptionist when making your appointment. Likewise, patients new to the practice usually will require a longer time to take a full history and medical record so please tell our receptionist when making your appointment. Though there is a higher charge for longer consultations, the Medicare rebate is also higher. |
